Lastly, they run and order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications and treatment.  Salary $363,555 - $407, 709 Education In order to pursue this career, you will need to complete 4 years of under graduate school, complete pre medical courses such as biology, physics, and chemistry. You will need to complete an additional 4 years of medical school to earn an (M.D), or a (D.O). Residency must be completed, lasting 5 years. You will need to be licensed and certified by the (ABPS), or the (AOBS). Demand for Career This career is needed for those who need to recover from extensive damage. PHARMACIST

Duties and Responsibilities The main duty of a Pharmacist is the dispense medication to patients as prescribed by their physicians. You must also keep track of a patients medical history, monitor treatment programs, administer therapies and provide instructions to medications.  Salary $121,500 Education Before you become licensed, you must earn a doctorate degree in pharmacy from an accredited program. Courses involving science and math are mandatory. You must behave a specific way around patients. You are also required to spend a year under the super vision of a certified pharmacist.  Demand for Career This career is necessary when it comes to getting the right amount of doses. It is important to be treated at the right degree, pharmacists make that possible for patients.  Reflection I do not think this is the proper career choice for myself. Mainly because it does not match my interests.

VALENTINE'S DAY

This years Valentines Day falls on Wednesday. Every year Valentines takes place on February 14th. Valentines Day was originally called Saint Valentines Day or the Feast of Saint  Valentine. The day is a Celebration on love and affection. The day originally honored the Christian Saint Valentinus. The day first became associated with love in the beginning of the 14th century. Now in more modern times, it is usually expected to send cards or flowers, chocolates and even stuffed animals to those you hold love for in your life. February is commonly seen as the month of romance. Valentines day is the second most popular holiday in which cards are exchanged between one another. Valentines Day is a world wide celebrated holiday. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Orthopedic surgeons work within the muskuloskeletal  system. They treat and diagnose traumas, injuries, arthritis, and congenital deformities. They guide and record the patients medical history and procedures. They coordinate follow up meetings. They even book ORs and settle procedures. SALARY $512,000 - $519,000 EDUCATION First they must receive a Bachelor's degree in biology or any other medical related field. They must complete 4 years of medical school. Followed by a 5 year residency program at a hospital. If any sub-specialties are desired, and extra 2 years of residency must be met. DEMAND FOR CAREER  This career is needed for the medical attention regarding the skeletal system. They focus on any bone related cases. Without them mending or attending to these specific issues would prove to be very difficult. REFLECTION I do not have a clear opinion on this career. ORTHODONTIST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The main concept of an Orthodontist is to correct teeth alignment and guide proper facial development. They straighten teeth and correct bites. The responsibility of an Orthodontist is to locate and position their oral development. They may use x rays and plaster molds to identify a patients needs. They also apply dental appliances such as braces, retainers, and space maintainers. They must plan custom treatment plans to each individual patient. Orthodontists may guide, supervise, and instruct orthodontic technicians.  SALARY $188,000  EDUCATION The first step in becoming an Orthodontist is to attend and graduate a dental school with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM).
