Without these effort desires accomplishment would not be a treasured result. Goals steer one in the direction of success. Without a goal there is no purpose. Everyone has a goal. Goals improve ones self. Direction only comes from a certain want. Talents are sharpened by these accomplishments. Goals are essential to life. 

Duties and Responsibilities Trauma Nurses work in emergency room settings and deal with a variety of cases. Trauma Nurses work with patients in life threatening and critical situations. They provide patients with intervention and prepare them for any procedures.  Salary $54, 000 - $65, 659 Education The main requirement is to earn a RN degree. A nursing program must be completed. Nursing programs can last anywhere between 2-3 years. Licensing and certification is mandatory. Demand This career is highly needed since these nurses provide medical care assistance in urgent situations. They do a great deal in the medical facility.  Reflection I would not want to be this. Although, this career is very respectable. It is an interesting thing to work in urgent care.

''Patience is key when it comes to the unknown''- Alondra Romero I agree with this quote. Patience is very important. While frustrating, it is the only method of discovery. Patience is the way of time. Time can only happen through patience. Throughout life you will experience many situations where the answer is not always instant. Awaiting for the truth or discovery is the only way of learning and experiencing. Patience is the way of tameness. The unknown is no longer a mystery with time. Patience is essential in life.

Memorial Day  Memorial day is a federal holiday made to commemorate those who have died for the country.  This day is celebrated once a  year on May 28th. You can show honor and respect on this day by participating in any local parades or events. You can also simply show your respects. I will have a moment of silence for the lost veterans. I think memorial day is a good way of honoring those who have given their lives for this country. It is a nice way of keeping their respect and spirit alive. The day itself is very patriarchal. I never truly celebrate it since not much for celebration goes on. I am sure this day is highly valued for those with a deep regard for veterans and or soldiers in general. I have no particular feeling for this holiday. It seems very similar to veterans day. This is a great way of giving thanks. 

Character If there is beauty in character,  there will be harmony in the home.  If there is harmony in the home,  there will be order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, there will be peace in the world. Conclusion If there is beauty in character, there will be peace in the world.  Chinese Proverb I agree with this quote. In order to have peace around us we must first have peace within us. We need to be one with ourselves and have a full understanding before we expect the world to behave the same way. If everyone had their inner peace then everything becomes affected. The peace spreads all around the surroundings. If everyone came to terms it would have to start with ourselves. From ourselves it goes to our home. As this saying says, from the home it spreads onto the entire nation. From our nation and others like ours, the peace will join to become one. Peace is inside us. We simply need to adress it. 

Duties and Responsibilities Professionals in this field treat, diagnose, and perform on injuries regarding sports. They are on call during sport events , training sessions, or other activities. They interpret laboratory results and focus on the muskuloskeletal system.  Salary $185, 007 Education You must recieve a bachelors degree and medicine degree. Medical school must be completed. Licensure is mandatory. Degrees must specialize in chemistry, biology, or physics.  Demand  This career is needed since so many fatal injuries occur during physical activity. Professional athletes rely on these occupants to care for them in order to get back in the game.  Reflection I am not sure whether or not I would like to pursue a career in this particular field. The topic does seem interesting. I am not completely sure. 

''When a deep injury is done us, we never recover until we forgive''. - Alan Paton I agree with this quote. Although it is never easy to forgive, it is the right thing to do. Pain can be temporary, if what needs to be accepted becomes accepted. You can not have closure if a grudge is still in place. It is important to learn how to let go of the past. Holding grudges is never the right way to go. For example, if someone wronged you, you cannot let that affect you. Living and forgetting might be one way of going about. Forgiving is moving on. Recovering can only be done by accepting, forgiving, and forgetting. 

Duties and Responsibilities These professionals treat and diagnose individuals who have a stutter or vocal issues. They conduct tests and therapy sessions to better their patients conditions. They monitor and keep track of records for long periods of time. Salary $73, 410 Education First one must have a bachelors degree, the degree does not have to be specific. Although, speech, communication, and hearing science degrees are preferable. Next one must earn a masters degree in speech and language pathology. Finally, licensure and certification is mandatory. Demand This career is needed too help those who have a hard time using their voice to communication. Often times it is hard to find help recovering from certain stutters or lisps. Recovery from specific cases can be treated and cured with the help of these professionals.  Reflection This career is not something I would want to be. It does not interest me. This career is needed but it is not the job I am looking f

Social workers can choose to work with specific patients according to their age, or their issues. Social workers have a certain sense of authority when it comes to the law.  Salary $45, 900 Education Often it is required for social workers to have a bachelor's degree. A degree is psychology or sociology is accepted. Licensure is mandatory.  Demand This career is needed because many people need support in dealing with certain issues. These workers provide their assistance so that individuals can recover from certain affecting issues.  Reflection This career is not something I would want to be. While it is essential, it is not for me.

Standing out should not be something to have to worry about. Sometimes it is the true courage of standing alone that makes a difference. The ability to stand alone in a crowd of common thought is truley something powerful. For example, there have been many cases throughout hiistory that involve someone rebelling agaisnt the  common belief. While it is never the easiest thing to do, it was the right thing. People are afraid themselves, so by doing so you may inspire others. Do not be afraid to believe in what you know to be right. All it takes is courage.

They may provide emergency care for patients suffering cardiac trauma.  Salary $59, 710 Education The minimum requirement is to have a Bachelor's degree. Although many aim for masters degrees. Licensure is mandatory. Requirements vary from state.  Demand This profession is mandatory since they are critical to those who need extra support for basic functions such as breathing. They are also available for emergency care. Their extra hand is always welcomed and appreciated in many settings.  Reflection I would not want to be this. The career does not meet my interests. This is not the right profession for my self .

''I would prefer even to fail with honor than win by cheating.'' - Sophocles I agree with this quote. While loosing is not the best feeling, I would not be able to handle the guilt. I would not be able to cheat. I do not know how people who have cheated manage to deal with it. My conscience would never allow me to do so. If there is honor in loosing I would much rather accept it. For example, you are not only cheating yourself, but those around you. If you are a famous competator, you let your fans down. Cheating is not being honest. It is better to accept loss than make a fool of your name by cheating. 

Duties and Responsibilities This is the japanese way of healing. It is a natural method of healing. Energy is transfered from the practicionerc hands and into the client. The source of healing is energy. It may take a few days to reach results.  Salary $ 39, 860 - $ 74, 530 Education No education but training programs are required. Programs cost $200 - $1, 600. Master's degrees are offered. Certification is required. Licensure based on title will be mandatory.  Demand This career can be for those seeking a spiritual connection in their job. The use of energy is appealing to many. Those who prefer natural healing will seek this method.  Reflection I would not want to do this. It does not interest me.

If I do the right thing right, I'm going to suceed.'' - Dan Dierdorf I agree with this quote. If you choose to do something right and put your effort into it, them you are bound to suceed. Putting in maximum effort into something can impact ones chances in suceeding. Everything does actually come together. When effort and a proper choice go hand in hand, there is no other way. Certified success can only come from a good choice. If the opposite were to be said, results would not be as promising. When your heart is in the right place and your choices reflect on it, then the option was a clear one made. If you choose right, you gain right. Pursue greatness by being great and truth will go your way. 

Duties and Responsibilities This is a massage based medicinal alternative. By applying pressure to stimulative areas, they believe stress and relief will occur. The career and occupation itself is very similar to that of a massage therapist. Therapeutic massages are performed to relieve tension amongst patients.  Salary $39, 860 Education 110 hours must be practiced by performing reflexology. Certificate or associate degree programs are required. Courses for such programs may include anatomy, foot mapping, reflexology history, reflexology theory and buisness practices. Massage therapy licensure is typically required.  Demand for Career This occupation helps people relieve themselves from any stress or tension they may carry. This practice can benefit others therapeutically or spiritually. This career helps many find comfort. Reflection I would not like to be this. The career does not catch my attention or catch my interests. This job is not for me. 

''The most important thing you will ever have is good values.'' - Dennis Prager I agree with what this quote is saying only partially. I do not know if good values are the top thing to live by. Of course they matter when it comes to being a good person. Although I believe there are other things to value in life as well. I would not rank things in number, simply by mental check. People will value whatever they believe is best for them. Only in an alternate world would everyone value things on an equal level. In reality everyone will never be equal in thought. For example, some people may value their loved ones or career as the most important thing in their life. Once agiain, these are simply beliefs, and unfortunatley not everyone will view their life the same.

RNs administer medications, wound care, and interventions. The nurses also supervise an conduct research if needed.  Salary $67, 490 Education Requirements of becoming a registered nurse include either a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in nursing. Requirements also include Licensing in order to have a proper work ethic. Program courses range from community health to professional issues in nursing.  Demand for Career This career is needed in order to have a proper and functional medical institution. These nurses make the jobs of other medical professionals easier. These nurses get alot done for patients when completing their responsobilities in patient care.  Reflection This career is very much needed. Although I would not want to be it. It does not reach my ambitions.

Usually when doing something that is right you never really get a physical reward. The satisfaction is internal since you yourself commited the act. At times there might not be any witnesses. Physical recognition comes for other reasons. When you acknowledge those factors, right truly will feel like a phenomenon. The feeling you get when doing right is like no other. That is the only feeling apart from all others. That sense of well being will not be caused by any thing else. Reward over moral is a great prize.

Teens have been dealing with the same problems over many periods of time. The only difference being technology. Cyberbullying and communication is the new norm. Typical teen problems include drug abuse, bullying, sexual acts, or intimidation, depression, etc. I don't face many challenges. I deal with things my own way. I tend not to care and just be chill about everything. By choosing the right you can avoid serious conflicts and ment relationships. Doing what is right can send you down the right path before adulthood. I can help other teens deal with things by being there for them and supporting them when they are not at their best. The greatest need for a becoming person will always remain the same. The wish will always be to find themselves. During this time they just want to have a complete understanding of themselves. Nothing is going to change the need of wanting to be one with your self.
