I agree with this quote. Patience is very important. While frustrating, it is the only method of discovery. Patience is the way of time. Time can only happen through patience. Throughout life you will experience many situations where the answer is not always instant. Awaiting for the truth or discovery is the only way of learning and experiencing. Patience is the way of tameness. The unknown is no longer a mystery with time. Patience is essential in life.

THE HARMFUL EFFECTS OF MARIJUANA

Marijuana What is it? What are the effects? Marijuana is a mind altering substance. It has its short and long term effects. Marijuana originates from the Cannabis Indica plant. The plant contains the mind altering chemical THC. The dried leaves, stems, seeds, and flowers are commonly used. After several years, the rates of middle and high schoolers using the drug have decreased. This drug is mainly consumed by the youth ages 12-25. In 2015 over 11 million adults ages 18-25  had used marijuana in the past year. Short term effects of the drug include: altered senses, changes in mood, impaired body movement, difficulty in thinking or with problem solving, impaired memory, delusions, hallucinations, and psychosis. Long term effects include anxiety, addiction, and risk of schizophrenia.  Promoting Non Marijuana use You can promote this in many ways. You can make announcements to the public and your community. However, some known duties include running the board administration, overseeing the design, marketing, promotion, and delivery of products and services. CEO's run the financial and facilitating roles. They manage personnel, policies, and procedures. Lastly, they oversee and manage fundraising and the community and public relations.  SALARY $102, 690 EDUCATION Bachelor degree's are of the minimum requirements needed. Typically courses in leadership and human services are expected.  DEMAND FOR CAREER This career is very necessary when it comes to having order and control within a corporation.  Without these elite managers businesses would not be operable.
