Duties and Responsibilities

Podiatrists provide medical and surgical care for those with ankle, foot, and leg problems. They diagnose illnesses, treat injuries, and perform surgical procedures. They access the patients condition, coordinate physicians, conduct research, etc.

Education

You must earn a (DPM) degree, a four year process. You will need three years of undergraduate education, with course works in science along with general courses. You will need a bachelor's degree. You will need to pass the TMACT test in order to earn a DPM.

Demand for Career

This career is needed for foot care. These specialists focus on the feet , legs, and ankles, so their knowledge should be valued in the medical field. They care for patients when they need medical assistance regarding their legs.

Reflection

I am not very interested in this career. It sounds ver fascinating although it is not the career for me.

Not only will you achieve your goals with enthusiasm, but you will attract others in a social aspect. People prefer someone energetic than to someone who is always blue. There really is a big difference between the negative and the positive. Be happy and the results will show. Put effort into every action you take. Try to limit the negativity in your life. Be enthusiastic by looking at the positive side. Think of the endless possibilities. Leave doubt behind. Keep moving foward

Thanksgiving week

The past week was a week off from school for us students. The last day before break (Friday) I hung out with some old close friends of mine at the mall. We were celebrating her 14th birthday. We had a great time hanging out after such a long time, it was like the old times. The next days that followed I did not do much until Tuesday. Monday was my fathers 35th birthday. We celebrated by going out to eat as a family at this nice sushi restaurant to eat delicious food. My mother gave my dad tickets to go see the lakers play against the Chicago bulls at the staple center as his gift. So on Tuesday after my dad got out of work me and him went to the game. It was my first game ever and I enjoyed it very much. It was a cherish able night to remember with my dad. Once again the following days had nothing abnormal..
