NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR

Duties and Responsibilities
When becoming a nursing home administrator, you will need a level of knowledge and experience in health care and business management. They must facilitate operations, make financial plans, work on personal management. Their main duties include supervising staff, monitor patient/ resident care, 
promote the institution to public, manage budget, manage disease and pharmaceutical control, be up to date on nursing home legislations and regulations, handle grievances and confidentiality situations.
Salary
$47, 860 - $118, 716
 Education
They must have a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree. Fields they should be acknowledgeable of include:  long term care administration, health services administration, or public health or business. They must be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME).
Demand or Need for this profession
 This profession is necessary if institutions are to be managed properly in order for the community to get the help needed. Without them health care assistance would be practically out of control and difficult to achieve.
Reflection 
I would not want to have this job in my future. It seems like a lot of paperwork and management. It is not the type of job I wish to have.

Yet, I can't help but disagree at its exaggeration. Trust and loyalty can only go so far and do so much. While it is true, having those qualities and being true to your word is incredible, it can not be the only action. For example, to die out of a promise seems extreme.
